Cooking Method

• Add 1-1 ½ cup of water to one packet of Regal’s Chatt Pata Pakora Mix.
• Leave this mixture for 10 minutes.
• Fry pakoras on very low flame.
• Fresh onions, green chillies, potatoes, brinjal or spinach leaves can also be added to the mixture to enhance the taste of the pakora's.
• Stir constantly with a steel spoon while frying the pakoras to avoid lumps.
