Q. Is your website secure and what about my privacy?
Answer: Our site it totally secure and your privacy is respected. Please see our full Privacy and Security Policy in the Customer Services section of our website Our website uses only trusted methods of payment on line and all your data is encrypted to protect you as you use our site.
Q. How do I shop on your website?
Answer: Browsing and buying from the Regal Shop could not be simpler, the site is designed to be as simple as possible, and at the same time display our wide range products.

All items are broken down into categories shown on the top of the page. Most categories have sub-categories that make it even easier to find the type of product you are looking for.

Once you have a found a product that you would like to buy click on 'Add to basket'. You can also click on any item to view a large photo - and add this item to your basket.

Once you have clicked on the "add to basket" button, you will be transferred to another window where you can either continue shopping by clicking on the "continue shopping" button or make any further selections and continue to checkout by clicking on the "checkout" button.

You will now be transferred to a new window where you will be requested to register, if you have already registered you will be prompted to log in, once logged in you may proceed to checkout, where you will be requested to enter/confirm your details and confirm the delivery option, once this is completed you will be prompted to enter your card details and confirm purchase, once these steps are complete you will recieve an email confirming the purchase.

Q. Is there a minimum or maximum I can order?
Answer: Whilst we do not have a minimum or maximum order size, with shipping tariffs in mind it is cheaper per kg the more you order. The maximum weight per parcel is 21Kg. You can order more than this, but your shipping will be charged accordingly. For example, if your total order weighs 40Kg, we will ship in two parcels, one 21kg, and the remainder of your order (19Kg) as a separate parcel.

For the best value, try and keep your order under 21kg. You can view the total weight of your order; by clicking on the Shopping Cart.

Q. I am having trouble placing an order, what could be happening?
Answer: We have anti-fraud measures that will automatically fail any credit card tried three times in a 15-minute period. If your card has failed:

Check we accept the card you are trying. make sure there are no spaces in the credit card number.

Ensure that you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card or the 4 digit code from the front of the card.

If you are still experiencing problems then please contact us at enquiries@lovedbyyou.co.uk where we will be able accept your payment manually.

Q. My country is not listed in the delivery destinations?
Answer: Please contact us to discuss shipping costs to your country.
Q. What if an item is unavailable?
Answer: As much as we would like to fulfil your order fully, there may be occasions when an item is unvailable. on such occasion we will contact you either by telephone or by email to ask what you'd like us to do. We can either

a) Give you a full refund of the item

b) Substitute for a similar product of equal or more size (provided it does not make your parcel overweight). We will suggest a new item(s) for you that may be of a higher value, bigger size or multiple smaller sizes to make up the ordered size/value. This substituted item(s) will be made at no extra cost to you. Should the substituted item be of less value than the item ordered, we shall refund the difference.

Q. How soon will my order be dispatched?
Answer: We aim to get all orders shipped within 48 hours of order (subject to stock and order quantity). Please be aware of busy periods such as Easter and Christmas.

Should there be any delay in sending your parcel, we will contact you by email or telephone. Incomplete/Substituted orders (see below) will be shipped based upon the contact we have with you.

Q. When can i expect delivery of my order?
Answer: 3-4 days for UK orders and up to 7 days for Rest of World. Please see our full Delivery Policy in the Customer Services section of our website
Q. What are the delivery charges?
Answer: Please check the Delivery page at the foot of the site.
Q. Can I change my order details?
Answer: You can change your order details as long as the order has not been shipped. This may change delivery times depending on whether the item is in stock. Please contact us to check the status of your order. By logging in to your account you can see the status of your order and it will indicate if the item has been dispatched.
Q. What happens if I haven’t received my order?
Answer: The parcel has been delayed in the postal system.

Parcels sent via 1st Class Post or via Airmail do not carry tracking numbers so cannot be tracked once they have left us. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system (national or international) for a period of 10 working days. It is very rare for a parcel to take this length of time to arrive but we are unable to despatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

We do get proof of postage so if a parcel doesn't arrive it will be subject to a claim at the Post Office before refund or exchange can be given.

Our website reflects the stock we hold in our warehouse, we do not stock items that we cannot dispatch to you.

Q. There is an error in my order; the goods are faulty or have been damaged?
Answer: Please contact us within 10 days of the date of the orders use our specific contact form and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
Q. Do you sell to wholesale customers?
Answer: Yes, we deliver direct to wholesalers and retailers throughout the UK and export to most of Europe, please visit the wholesale! site for further information or contat us on 08450 369369.
